Payment Terms:
All prices and charges are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD). We currently only deliver to New Zealand addresses.
Customers can pay for purchases by credit card using either Visa or MasterCard, or by bank deposit, using internet banking or at a Westpac branch.
An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail after you complete your order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please email or phone us on 09 267-7532. If you choose to pay by bank deposit, the confirmation e-mail will contain our bank account details. Orders will be dispatched after the funds have cleared.
Credit card payments are processed through DPS Payment Express and Westpac Internet Payment Solutions. After you have completed your credit card payment, please make sure you click "Continue" for your order to be created in our system and to be returned to the Tranquil Living website. Orders will be dispatched within two business days unless an item is out of stock, in which case we will e-mail you to let you know when it will be available.
Credit card information not seen or held by merchant:
No credit card information is seen or held by us. Secure credit card transactions are performed through DPS Payment Express. Their interface allows us to provide a secure method of payment processing for customers.
Refunds:
If an order fails to reach you or arrives in a faulty condition due to manufacturing defects you can choose to have a full refund rather than receiving a replacement. In this case please contact us by email or by phone on 09 267-7532, and we will arrange to refund your purchase in full.
Disputes:
In the unlikely situation that a dispute arises from a purchase, please email our customer service department. You have the rights and remedies available under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If the dispute relates to the use of a credit card, you may also contact the credit card issuer to seek their advice. . |
