| Our shipping charge is a flat rate of $5.50 per order for North Island addresses or $7.50 for South Island addresses (rural addresses +$4). We ship within New Zealand only. We ship using New Zealand Post standard postal delivery.
Delivery Time:
Generally our shipments arrive in two to eight business days. Orders for products that are in stock will generally be processed the following business day after payment is received.
Returned items:
If any goods reach you with a manufacturing defect, simply return the goods to us within seven days to:

Please phone us on 09 267 7532 or email customerservice@tranquil-living.co.nz to advise us and we will replace your purchase as soon as we receive it. Replacements will be made once the goods are returned. By advising us that you are returning goods we can look out for them.
Refunds:
If an order fails to reach you or arrives in a faulty condition due to manufacturing defects you can choose to have a full refund rather than receiving a replacement. In this case please contact us by email or by phone on 09 267-7532, and we will arrange to refund your purchase in full.
Undelivered items:
As mentioned above, please allow a minimum of six business days for your order to arrive. In the unlikely event that your purchase is lost in transit, please email us and we will replace or refund your order immediately.
We will also commence a search via New Zealand Post and would appreciate your co-operation by your completing and returning any forms New Zealand Post send you. |
